Hi, I'm Scott Sessions!
I am a San Francisco-based queer cultural practitioner who was raised in the monochromatic suburbs of Salt Lake County, Utah. I survived an orthodox Mormon upbringing by clinging to the few LGBTQ-affirming stories wherever I could find them. Since leaving Utah, I have been lucky enough to re-forge a meaningful relationship with my own queer spirituality.

My ultimate goal in life is to help meet the nuanced spiritual needs of my communities in this peculiar historic era.

I facilitate programming for LGBTQ adults, called Queer Bedtime Stories, which empowers attendees through transformative encounters with LGBTQ poetry and literature. I also offer spiritual life-coaching to support others who escaped oppressive religious environments.

I’m a secular-spiritualist, an agnostic post-Mormon mystic, a former corporate consultant, a trained elementary school teacher, a story addict, and a (former and future) cat-dad.
